Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items not returned as a result of our error will be deducted original shipping fees paid by The Feral Cat LLC as well as 15% restocking fee.
All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and must be free of pet hair, offensive odors etc and must be able to be resold.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Your return must be sent with tracking information - this will be reimbursed to you should this be a return due to TFC error. We are not responsible for return items lost in the mail.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Your items must be put in the mail for return within 3 days of receiving return instructions.
We will not accept items returned without prior contact- this is called a forced return and we do not allow those.
Custom items are never accepted unless an error was made on our part.
Shipping
Items are usually shipped Monday through Friday USUALLY within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. Items will not be shipped prior to the payment clearing.
Shipping times on custom items will vary- if you are needing to know if you will receive it by a certain date please reach out to us. We will never promise an item will get to you by a certain day thus we will not accept a return for not receiving an item on time, but we can let you know if we can get it to the shipping courier by a certain date. Please plan accordingly with gifts and custom items.
We only ship to the 48 continental United States. In the event the server allows an order outside of the 48 Continental States your order will be canceled and refunded.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We charge a simple flat rate per item anything overages you pay beyond $1 will be refunded to you. For example if you pay $6 for shipping and it actually only costs $4.50 for shipping we will refund you the difference. However, if you pay $6 and it costs us $5.50 to ship your package we will not issue a refund.
Shipping is free over $49.
We ship using the most affordable option with tracking via USPS. Please note that we do not actually work for the United States Postal Service. We pay them to do a job for us ( delivering your package to you). We do not have any secret access to information as to where your package is outside of the same tracking number we will provide you, nor are we responsible for any shipping delays caused by the United State Postal Service.
